IT Project MGMT, LLC, doing business as SaidSo ("SaidSo," "we," "us," or "our") operates SaidSo and related services, including SMS-based agreement confirmation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

By using SaidSo — via SMS, our website, or any related applications or services — you agree to the practices described here.

Phone numbers. We collect the phone numbers of parties involved in an agreement.

Names or identifiers. If provided in messages, we may collect names associated with participants.

Information you provide. Agreement terms, item descriptions, prices, timelines, and other content submitted via SMS or web.

Agreement content. The text of messages submitted for the purpose of extracting and confirming agreement terms.

Metadata. Timestamps, message delivery data, and system-generated identifiers.

Usage data. Standard analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). We do not sell this data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Confirm agreements between parties and deliver notifications
• Generate and store timestamped agreement records
• Operate, maintain, and improve the SaidSo platform
• Support troubleshooting, testing, and system performance
• Comply with legal obligations

Automated Processing

SaidSo uses automated tools, including AI-assisted processing, to extract and summarize agreement terms from your messages. No automated decisions are made about you personally.

SaidSo is an SMS-based service. By sending a message to SaidSo, you consent to receive messages related to your agreements, including confirmations, summaries, and status updates.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on agreement activity. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not send promotional messages unrelated to the service without your consent.

Opt-Out and Re-Enrollment

You may opt out by replying STOP. To resume, reply START. Your opt-in will be recorded as a new consent event.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in limited circumstances:

With agreement parties. Participants can view the confirmed record, including phone numbers and content.

With service providers. Twilio (SMS), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting). These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

As required by law. If required by valid legal process, court order, or government authority.

Agreement records and related data are retained based on your use of the service and applicable service tier. When data is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP.

SaidSo is not intended for users under 18. If you believe a minor has used our service, contact legal@saidso.co.

When you use SaidSo Intel features, lookup results are stored in your account history. We do not use Intel results for any purpose beyond displaying them to you. Intel data is sourced from Twilio Lookup and reflects carrier records at time of lookup. Results are cached for 24 hours to avoid duplicate charges.

By using SaidSo — via SMS, our website, or any related services — you agree to these Terms.

SaidSo is a communication tool that helps parties confirm informal agreements through SMS. When participants confirm an agreement, SaidSo generates a timestamped record based on the content provided.

Agreement terms are extracted using automated tools, including AI-assisted processing, and may not perfectly reflect the content of your messages. We do not draft agreements or provide legal advice.

By using SaidSo, you agree to conduct interactions electronically, including via SMS.

By sending confirmations (including the .yesdeal command), you express your intent to acknowledge or agree to the terms communicated.

You agree that these electronic communications may serve as evidence of your agreement and may be treated as an electronic signature under applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing terms before confirming and ensuring your responses accurately reflect your intent.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SaidSo.

By sending a message to SaidSo, you consent to receive messages related to your agreements.

You agree not to use SaidSo to:

• Confirm agreements involving illegal goods, services, or activities
• Harass, threaten, or defraud others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Attempt to disrupt, bypass, or reverse-engineer the service

Intel Features

Prohibited uses of Intel features include stalking, harassment, discrimination, or any use that violates applicable privacy laws. Intel results are provided for informational purposes only in connection with legitimate transaction verification. SaidSo is not responsible for the accuracy of carrier records returned by Intel lookups.

Agreement terms displayed in records are generated by automated extraction and may not fully or accurately capture all terms communicated. Participants are responsible for reviewing records before confirming.

SaidSo relies on phone number-based participation and does not independently verify that a phone number corresponds to a specific individual.

SaidSo is not a party to any agreement confirmed through the service and has no obligation to mediate or resolve disputes between participants. Any disputes are solely between the participating parties.

SaidSo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SaidSo does not provide legal advice. Agreement records are not a substitute for a legally drafted contract.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, accuracy of extracted terms, or enforceability of any agreement record.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT Project MGMT, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and applicable United States federal law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Illinois.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via SMS or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased as credits are delivered instantly. Lifetime Access purchases may be refunded within 30 days if fewer than 5 credits have been used. To request a refund, contact hello@saidso.co.
